1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Bubbl Quiz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. About Bubbl Quiz

Bubbl Quiz is an independent EdTech platform designed to help students prepare, assess, and improve for academic examinations. We provide:

• Intelligent topic mapping and syllabus organisation tools
• AI-powered explanations for exam topics and questions
• Expert-curated learning insights across subjects, years, and curricula
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Collaborative study infrastructure and community features
• CBT (Computer-Based Test) practice simulation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any examination body or institution referenced on this platform, including JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or any other examination board.

3. What you pay for

Your subscription grants access to our educational infrastructure and value-added services:

• Platform infrastructure and study tools
• AI-powered and expert-written topic and question explanations
• Comprehensive syllabus alignment and topic mapping
• Performance analytics and progress tracking
• Collaborative study rooms and community features
• Offline access and Computer-Based Test (CBT) practice simulation

You are not being charged for examination questions. All past questions are publicly available educational materials used solely for fair educational reference.

4. Examination questions

Bubbl Quiz does not own, edit, modify, or claim copyright over any past examination questions. Questions are presented in their original published form, organised to help students understand topic patterns and syllabus evolution. All examination content is referenced under fair use principles for educational purposes only.

5. What we collect and why

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used for account verification and essential communications
• First and last name — used to identify your account internally

Throughout the app and in all games and quizzes, you are known only by your username. Your real name is never displayed to other users. Your username can be changed at any time from your profile settings.

Your quiz performance, scores, and analytics are private. This data is never shared with any third party and is only accessible to you through your personal analytics screen, where it exists solely to help you track progress and improve.

If you choose to delete your account, all personal data — including your email, name, and performance history — is permanently deleted. You can do this at any time from your profile page.

6. User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access pins confidential
• You must be at least 8 years old to use this platform
• One account per user is permitted
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or access pins is strictly prohibited

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use Bubbl Quiz solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Resell or commercially exploit access pins or subscription plans
• Share subscription access with others for financial gain
• Post spam, abusive language, or harmful content in any interactive feature
• Engage in gambling, monetary staking, or wagering on any platform feature
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the platform
• Use bots or scripts to scrape or extract platform content
• Reproduce or redistribute our proprietary explanations or AI-generated content without authorisation

8. Content and AI explanations

Explanations are produced through a combination of expert curation and AI generation. While designed to enhance understanding, they may not be entirely error-free. Bubbl Quiz does not accept responsibility for inaccuracies in AI-generated content. Always cross-reference with official study materials. Bubbl Quiz is a supplementary tool — it does not replace formal education or official preparation resources.

9. Subscriptions and payments

• Basic question access is free; premium features require a paid subscription
• Pricing may be updated with prior notice
• Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once premium access has been granted

10. Intellectual property

We own: our platform infrastructure, UI/UX design, branding, proprietary algorithms, AI-generated explanations, topic mapping systems, and analytics tools.

We do not own: examination questions (publicly available materials) or content you personally create within the platform such as notes or custom study materials.

Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of liability

Bubbl Quiz is provided "as is." We are not liable for inaccuracies in explanations, loss of study data, technical downtime, examination outcomes, or any damages arising from platform use.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Upon deletion, all personal data and access to paid features ends immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these Terms.

13. Updates to these terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version is always available within the app.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Nigerian law.
