2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Email address — used for account creation, verification, and essential service communications
• First and last name — used internally to identify your account; never displayed to other users
• Username — the only identity visible to other users within the App; can be changed at any time from your profile settings
• Password — stored securely and never accessible to our team in plain text

Information collected automatically

• Quiz performance and scores — used solely to generate your personal analytics and track your progress
• App usage data — such as features accessed and session duration, used to improve the App experience
• Device information — such as device type, operating system version, and app version, used for troubleshooting and compatibility

Information we do not collect

• We do not collect your precise location
• We do not access your contacts or phone activity
• We do not collect any sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric, or government ID information)

3. How we use your information

We use the data we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide access to platform features and content

Your quiz performance, scores, and individual analytics are never shared with any third party. This data is private and accessible only to you.

5. Children's privacy

Bubbl Quiz is intended for users aged 8 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a parent or guardian believes their child under 13 has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us at help@withbubbl.com and we will promptly delete the relevant data.

For users between 13 and 17 years of age, we encourage parental awareness of the App and these privacy practices.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, all personal data — including your email address, name, and full performance history — is permanently and irreversibly deleted. You can request account deletion at any time from your profile page within the App.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data

The Bubbl Quiz mobile app does not use cookies. We may use anonymised, aggregated analytics to understand how users interact with the App in order to improve it. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes relating to this policy will be handled in accordance with Nigerian law.
